Two Towers Coming to Turtle Creek in Dallas

Why have one luxury tower when you can have two? That’s exactly the mindset driving Hanover Co., the Houston-based developer making waves in Dallas’ Turtle Creek neighborhood. Before even finishing their first high-end apartment tower, Hanover has filed plans for a second—and it’s already turning heads.

What’s Happening at Turtle Creek?

The first project, New Turtle Creek High Rise Apartments, Hanover Turtle Creek Tower, is a sleek 21-story residential building rising at Turtle Creek Boulevard and Fairmount Street. With 341 luxury apartments, it’s set to open in 2025, offering upscale living at the former site of Turtle Creek Gardens condominiums.

But Hanover isn’t stopping there. The company has big plans for a second residential tower nearby. This new 20-story high-rise will sit on 2.5 acres and feature 323 apartments, along with a 10-story parking garage. According to filings with the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation, construction is expected to kick off this summer and wrap up by 2026.

Designed for Sophistication

Both towers are designed by Solomon Cordwell Buenz, a firm known for crafting modern, elegant spaces. While we don’t have the exact location of the second tower just yet, it’s clear Hanover is aiming to transform the Turtle Creek skyline into a haven for luxury living.

Turtle Creek’s Luxury Boom

Hanover’s projects are just the beginning for Turtle Creek. Nearby, the $750 million Four Seasons hotel and condo tower is under construction at Turtle Creek Boulevard and Cedar Springs Road. This game-changing development from Carpenter & Co. and the Perot family will include a 5-star hotel and up to 125 luxury condos.

Adding to the excitement, FRC Realty has filed plans for a $95 million, 24-story apartment building at 3515 Brown Street, just north of Turtle Creek Boulevard. The Uptown/Turtle Creek/Oak Lawn areas are buzzing with new projects, cementing their reputation as some of Dallas’ hottest spots for high-end real estate.

Why It Matters

Luxury development in Dallas is booming, especially in Turtle Creek, Uptown, and Oak Lawn, even as other real estate sectors cool. High-end rental options are in demand, with many topping the charts as Dallas’ most expensive rentals last year.

For those looking to lease or buy in Dallas’ luxury real estate market, the upcoming projects offer incredible opportunities for sophisticated urban living. Whether it’s the towering elegance of Hanover’s developments or the ultra-exclusive Four Seasons condos, Turtle Creek is shaping up to be the pinnacle of luxury.
